The Certification:

Old Home Certified (OHC) is a regional Realtor® designation developed by Rethos: Places Reimagined. Minnesota real estate agents will earn 12 CE credits approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for this course, but it is open to anyone. To maintain their designation, OHC agents must take 6 credits of Old Home Certified CE from Rethos during the two years following completion of the Old Home Certified course.


The Fine Print:

Registration and Refunds
Online pre-registration is mandatory. Due to DOC regulations, we cannot provide credit to individuals who do not pre-register; we are unable to take walk-ins. 

Refund and cancellation policy: No refunds or credits will be granted for non-attendance. Refunds are provided up to seven days prior to the class. Please email tessa@rethos.org if you wish to cancel your registration and would like a refund. Rethos will refund the cost of the class within 7 days of your cancellation.

Late Arrival/Early Departure
DOC rules state that all attendees receiving continuing education credit must be on location by the time the class begins and must stay during the scheduled class time. If you are not on time or cannot stay for the whole class, you will not be able to receive your CE credits. Attendance will be taken multiple times during the two-day course. 

You must complete all sessions within the Old Home Certified during the course you are registered for. You may not take Day 1 of the course during one session, and Day 2 of the course another time. You may not miss classes in the course you are registered for, and then take them in another session. All classes in Day 1 and Day 2 must be completed in consecutive order on the days that you are registered.
